 Looking at the nutrition facts (also available on their website), the shake is packed with vitamins and has about 15 grams of sugar.

 

I am trying the Natural Creamy Chocolate packets, because they are so easy to grab on the run. The directions say to mix with 8oz of water, but I decided to blend 1/2 a banana, the powder, water and ice to make a smoothie in my Magic Bullet. They claim the packet to be a meal replacement, so I am going to drink it for breakfast after my Saturday morning run and see how well sustained I feel afterwards. The taste is delishious. It holds up to its creamy name. Smooth, chocolately, I just can't stop drinking it. I also really enjoy the consistency with the ice and banana. Today is going to be a busy day, so I'll see how well this does to hold me over until lunch or snack time.
